Bad service mtn

My old simcard was damaged & was advised to buy a new one & do a sim swap i tried doing that on my side & wasn't successful i went to Mtn boulders mall (midrand) wait 1 hour to get help only for them to tell me with attitude to go do it myself at home i explained i tried & was rejected they told me they cannot help me as their system was not doing sim swap i went out immediately & went to Cell C i took my old mtn number & port it to cell c & the gentleman at cell c gave me a great service bye bye mtn hello cell c.
