BAD SERVICE MTN

Once again MTN has decided to add a subscription to my current subscription I have with them. I called them a few months ago with the same issue but never canceled the subscription as they promised. Today I received an email saying my account is now arrears, as my debit order didn't go through. The debit order was successful last month now this month, they couldn't debit. I've been with MTN for Many Years, but I must say their service lately is bad.

I went and checked all of my statements and noticed I was charged for something I never agreed on 😡😡😡😡😡😡
