Bad service. Money taken and no service given.

Paid for my MTN superflex 7 days ago still no services. Called customer Suport, requested to send proof off payment, sent numerous times no response, called twice a day for 7 days then get told after 7 days of messing around that the ticket is closed and resolved. however still no services loaded.... I also get told that someone will call me, no one ever does. So disappointed can believe that no one has the capacity or the inclination to allocate the payment to my account.
