Bad Service Lvele Agreements

Poor Service No Service : Visited Mtn outlet in menlyn retail park to request cancellation of contract was informed that they are not in a position to do so request will have to be send via email to head office , BUT it cant be done as staff are currently on strike and it will take 3 to 5days if i should decide to do it at this specific outlet as they are not a owned store only a franchise for MTN this was very upsetting as this was the store i initially signed the contract,the manger there also told me that i should go to the store in the Menlyn shopping centre and there they will be able to cancel the contract with immediate effect...this was 26 May 2015 , I eventually went to the outlet in the Menlyn Shopping Centre on the 06 June 2015 where you wait inline for hours and was compelled to leave the store or sit out a 3 hour waiting line . I went back on the 09 June 2015 completed the request form got the proof that request was submitted was informed that the process will take about 18hrs ...6 days later contract is still not cancelled..This totally ridiculous to wait this long to have a contract cancelled , this resulting i have to pay for 25 Months for a 24 Month contract<br> <br> <br>
