BAD SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED WITH MTN SOUTH AFRICA

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT MTN SOUTH AFRICA<br> <br> I received a call on the 7th of this month from one of your agents reminding me that i'm due for an upgrade. I selected a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10 inch. He told me that my handset will be delivered some time between 7 to 14 days. I gave him my work address, which is where i wanted my devise to be delivered. 14 days went by and still nothing, so i called the 808 number to find out why it hasn't been delivered. It turns out that the mixed my residential address with my work address. They promised to fix it. A week went by and there was still nothing. I called again on the 24th of July, i was told that the courier company will contact me shortly. Up until now i'm still waiting for their call. I've been dialing the 808 number but i can't get through. I phoned again yesterday and i was given a number to call, which happens to be a number for the delivery department. I only got to phone that number today and the guy i spoke to gave me the number to the courier company. I called they told me that my device was returned back to MTN. I phoned MTN again and they guy couldn't give me any guarantee that they'll be resend the device. I'm very angry.
