bad service havent received phone

I gave my phone in for repairs 23 desember 2013 still have not received anything. Everytime they have some sort of an excuse it is unacceptable it is more than a year now still no answer of any kind even submitted a complaint to head office still nothing realy pathetic from their side.. The branch lost/ misplaced my phone now it is gone.
