Bad service from vetting department

I have done an application via warehouse on the 30th of January 2019 and 7 days later the application is still on processing. I requested from yhe consultant to terminate the contract and start from the beginning. He gladly assisted me and resubmitted it. It is yet again 5 days later and the application is still on processing. The consultant escalated the application to the vetting department and is also struggeling to get feedback from them. For once you find a very helpfull consultant but then head office ( vetting department) is the let down. An application is supposed to be approved within 24 to 48 hours which is not happening. I have been patient with Mtn due to my fiance previously working for them and she helped me to understand the processes of this but even she is saying that it is not supposed to take this long. I do have the available credit limit for these contract so i do not understand what the hold up is. This is really not good service and mtn wants us as consumers to take their services. Which i will not recommend ever again if this problem is not be sorted out ASAP
