Bad service from the vvm agents and also made eft

Hi Guys,<br> <br> My Daughter made payments of R200 on to my mtn acc as i'm behind with the payments however it looks like they haven't received that money yet. <br> <br> I personally made follow ups with vvm and they take me from pillow to cost always and i'm very tired of this as this R 200.00 can make a different. <br> <br> they told me to send proof of payment which i did several times still no feedback or nothing from them . <br> <br> the payments was done on the 04/03/2015 then i received a statement after that which had no R200.00 that's when i sent the copy of proof of payment as they told me to do so after calling them. this was done on the 18/03/2015. i received an automated reply on that day then got another automated reply on the 20/03/2015. after few days not getting any call from them i decided to call and still no help. <br> <br> can someone please get my R200.00 payments as this will make a different to my acc being behind and i'm trying to fix my credit records. <br> <br> Please also be aware that i have made further payments again of R200.00 last week and i will be making another payment again this week either today or tomorrow. so i should have two R200.00 payments so far besides the one that i <br> <br> Thanks
