Bad service from TELkom and their collection company

I have a contract with Telkom and my debit date it’s the first of each month but Ladd month my account was blocked due to unpaid fees but the on the 15th of April I paid the required amount tried to call them the kept telling my account it’s now up to date nd they opened my lines surprisingly I always get SMSA’s say I must pay 750 I called them they say I must ignore that message yesterday I got my data as usually the problem they did not debit nd I’m worried because of those messages even if I want to pay cash I won’t know the amount. Telkom must do better they system always off nd their app it’s not inconvenient
