bad service from shalyne from newcastle branch at kzn

i went to the branch on monday to upgrade , the lady that was helping me said her system is giving her some error massage , we decided that she will do the application and call me but now its been four days and nothing from her side , i am so disappointed , this is bad service , can someone remind her or help with my situation , the number i wanna upgrade is ********** 480 ..
