Bad service from one on the consultants

Went to MTN. In north gate and the one assist Goodness. Gave blame such a terrible service. As a customer I went in store because I was suspecting friar happening in MTN. And the lady was so rude. Didn’t even give me a reference number to follow up with the payments made. When I asked for the manager she said that manager is working in the store room she can’t come out.

I had to get my mother to intervene in order for the manager to come out and assist.
