bad service from MTNSA

Very very bad service from MTNSA I am struggling to get a issue resolved since 11 December 2024 my numbers has been suspended which i was trying to avoid since December 2024, now that my number suspended i am getting bad service from the call center accounts team and also the collections agent ended the call while i was speaking to him not giving me any assistance as to what to do. I asked if i can speak to a a manager to 3 call Centre agents and was advised i cannot, I am a client for a year I will not recommend anyone to use MTN, all i need is assistance with my account that has been paid up and it's been just about a month i am struggling, i really do not know what else to do
