Bad Service from MTN woodmead

I have been and still am a customer of MTN for over 12 years and took my phone in for repairs at the newly renovated MTN woodmead store. My phone would just switch off and not start up again. I was met by a consultant called Thabang who was not friendly and all, he spoke with a know it all attitude. I handed my phone in with the cable and a plug that was not for the phone as I was given an internationl travel charger and when taken up with MTN at the same store when i did my upgrade they said it would cost me to buy an S.A charget and i can use any plug. Thabang refused to book the phone due to it having the wrong plug. Two weeks later I get a call from MTN saying the phone is ready for collection. Thaban again was at the store and had his unfriendly look on his face, he insisted that he gave me paper work for the phone which was not the case and says he was not aware that I never hand the plug in but the phone was sentfor repairs anyway. my question is how did he send it without the plug if he insisted he could not do so. He is not fit to do sales as he is not client friendly and seems to be making his own rules when it comes to what can and can't be accepted. Iam really considering moving my numbers accross to another service provider as the customer service in MTN is lacking. I also app**** for an additional contrat on 20/02/2017 and to date have not got a call from a sales person. I called the call centre and was told to wait for a call from the sales team and that the call centre agent could not check the reference number that i gave her on the system.
