BAD SERVICE FROM MTN VERY BAD

If it was possible I wouldn't give them even one star. MTN is very pathetic. Someone hacked by doing a sim swap with my number while my number was active, They could not assist me with getting my number back, instead they told me 4 different stories. I asked to talk to the supervisor I was put on hold for long after my phone just cut. It is very difficult to get my number back but simple for a stranger to get access to my number. The agents don't show empathy and very quick to dismiss you. One agent advised me that I would get a call back from the supervisor, I'm still waiting for the call as I am typing this complaint. pathetic i tell you. Im so dissapointed. agent advised that my issue will be resolved after ten minutes the other told me that the system is down. the other told me I need a new sim card. as a client Im confused and disappointed
