Bad service from mtn upgrade

I done an upgrade online on the 4th of February. So i received sms's every thing is ready and done so after 3 days I phone to find out when will my handset be deliverd just to be transfered from one department to another and the be informed by the courier company that I will only received my handset on the 18th of February????????? REALLY MTN. Why tell the customers is better to do online upgrade...if i went in to the store i would have done the upgrade,took my handset and off i go. Now i had to wait almost 2 weeks....and no one is willing to assit me at the 135 nr.
