Bad service from MTN tower
MTN tower on the N2 near Mposa, KZN: We have major problems with receiving calls, internet and Wify from this tower in the town of Kwambonambi. It is now more that a year of reporting and begging to no avail. Every time it is the same answer " Power issues" and nothing gets done. The service was off for 4 days last week and the wify is still not working since Sunday.

23 Nov 2021, 09:41Further to our beloved MTN tower at N2 Mpoza. On news 24, MTN announce that they are in the process of selling some of the towers. Am I suppose to think that this is why they don't bother to maintain and fix the Mposa tower? We have internet connection that goes of 2-3 hours per day. Data schedding? Our WIFY is not working for the last 7 days now. MTN what is going on or do you say, the hell with the customer?
