Bad service from MTN stores

Hi, i bought a phone at MTN cellular store in Kimberley New Park, it had a speaker problem after a fews weeks and i took it back for repair. It has been 2 months now and i have not heard from them, yesterday i went to the store to check and the consultants said they do not know when the phone is going to be back as it is in Port Elizabeth.
