Bad service from MTN South Africa, contracts not canceled on time and they charging me for that.!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I am very disappointed with their level of service...I requested for contract cancelations in October 2023 up till today I am still debited for the contract which I am not getting benefits for. Everytime I get debited and I ask about it at the store ...I am referred to call center which is also not helpful as they just say its cancelation fee for the contracts but this cancelation fee has gone off 4 times already. I am advised that I need to speak to retensions department to sort out my problem but they on the other hand are not willing to sort out this issue they saying i need to go to the account billing department...this is a night mare now as no one is helpful i am just sent up and down with no success. I wish i never had these contracts with MTN South Africa. Today they double debited my account and i am very unhappy with their excuses for not canceling my contract on time which is costing me money.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠
