Bad Service from MTN Representative

Went to visit the MTN store Corkwood Square in Uitenhage, and the attitude I received from the MTN representative was horrible. I visited the store for an insurance claim and the lady refuse to proof of report and case number from SAPS she requested that she want an affidavit I went back to SAPS. I came back to her again she told me to start the line and fill that MTN form, the shape I did that then I was next she told me I can go to anyone to assist like she is avoiding this claim or query.

I insisted that I'll wait for to assist, she literally had no client for about couple of minutes she called me then she did the claim no caretecy nor soft skill nothing if she take your ID she put on the desk once she is done not back to you or thank you nothing.

She then finished whatever she was doing, she gave me ref number and told me I must call MTN on Monday because they will never call me at MTN, I contact MTN they can't pick up the email she sends or ref number she provided, even now I contacted link Insurance Representative she is like leave ill do on my side again so we insisted that we will continue over the phone.
