Bad service from MTN Mondeo updgrade dept

Horrible service from MTN. Services were upgraded by Mt Moodley and promised device delivery in 3 to 5 days. Done on 26 the Feb. Still waiting. Speaking to team leader and various consultants and keep telling me get new device 3 times the value. division of MTN called mondeo or something. Nothing can be done as devices no longer exists and not sure if will receive again.
