Bad service from MTN incorrect listing of Credit report
Good Day
I have currently bee expiering a very bad time with MTN my account was handed over to collections attorneys without prior notice from MTN. MTN has also listed a default against my name on my credit report, I am in the process of applying for a home loan and cannot be approved based on this. I am not getting any feedback from MTN this is bad service as require urgent feedback

24 Apr 2018, 10:41Why have I not recieved any feedback or response MTN legal department keep on referingme to the attorneys but I need to know why my account was listed without written notice this is violating my right as a consumer I dide not recieve any notice in writing before a listing was made, I have also not recieved any feedback from Experian regarding this dispute.

28 Sept 2018, 13:26I have sent a follow up regarding my account 5 months ago and is still waiting on feedback, why is it that MTN is not withholding what the CPA is saying and handing over matters without prior notice with a S129 letter. This is bad service!!!!!!
