bad service from MTN

Mtn had a black Friday special which was online only so i had app**** for it, i waited for about two days no reply so i app**** 8 times again and when u apply it say that they will get back to you in 24 hrs its gone 2.5 weeks now im still waiting i then visited MTN Malvern they told me that they cannot help cos its online only and that i can go to Pavillion they have a direct store there so Yesterday i went there wasted my time and fuel for nothing they told me the same thing so i spoke to the Manger there who tried to assist so today 10/12/2020 at 9am she calling stating that MTN has a back log but my point is the least they could do was email me so if i could get someone from MTN to call m urgently i would really appreciate it.
