Bad service from MTN!

I am disgusted by Mtn! After years of being a loyal customer i cant apply for vehicle finance because of your bad service!! I have been up and down from Mtn for a year where im in not in arrears but you still keep cutting my line and saying im behind on payments. Iv logged so many disputes about this. Jacques from Mtn and George has even said he cant understand why you keep saying im in arrears if im paying my account. Now i want to apply for vehicle finance only to again hear im behind on payments. I expect of your to set straight my Credit score and correct this. I have even gotten a letter from you to say im not in arrears on my account. But Transunion says that they expect of you to give through the information i cant do it from my side. If this is the way you do business i will move my account to another service provider!!!!!
