Bad service from mtn

What a wast of time so i took out a contract with mtn and dsv delivered the item only for finger not to pickup on there biometrics so they take the phone back and tell me they they gonna have to reschedule the delivery only for it to again not pickup my fingerprints what kind of **** service id is this still dnt have my phone and its been 3 weeks now ive sent mtn a email but to this day no response i dnt knw what to do anymore im so dissapointed with mtn wont recommend them at all
