Bad service from MTN employee

Hello. I'm soooo disapointed at one of the MTN employees. We visited MTN Wonderpark that one next to MUSICA. The service we received was beyond the word 'BAD'. I purchased a cellphone on monday the 25th and was assisted by Jabu.The phone was for my husband. He gave us the new cellphone and asked which sim hubby was using and he was told that its the small one. He then said good, we must insert that sim into the phone when we got home. We tried but the sim didn't fit. We went back to the store today the 29th June.. We saw this lady who said is working for Huawei. We explained what the problem was. The lady together with one of MTN staff 'the one with long dredlocks' advised that we should go to the shop next door were by the old sim card would be cut so it can fit in the new phone. She told us there's a fee to be paid. Then hubby saw the guy who sold him the phone on the 25th.he approached him and tried 2 explain what the problem was.. The guys name is JABULANI SERETLO. He was sooo rude he ddnt even let hubby explain what he was there for. All he said was 'ke chaisitse' meaning he has knocked of.. He even said jst because I'm the one who sold you that phone does not mean I should solve the problems you having. I feel he could have explained nicely and asked one of his colleagues to assist.To our surprise we went to other store and after myb 45min we saw him inside the mtn store and hubby said to him u said u have knocked off but you still here. Its clear this guy didn't want to assist us. We could hear him wispering to his colleague saying dont let this clients scare you. I think you should take him to training for customer care, clearly he is lacking s****s as to how to deal with customers. Another thing is why should I purchase a phone with MTN and go to another store and pay for my sim to fit in that phone.Why can't MTN do everything?We are soo disapointed we even considering not to use that mtn store AGAIN.
