Bad service from MTN.

MTN is the worst, I app**** for a home router and when it was delivered after the longest period of time it did not work and I tried calling the customer care they could not assist then I opted to cancel the whole thing since the 25th of March until today which is the 20th of May, there is still no refund, I am not sure what to do or how do I get my money back, I have spoken to every customer care agent and send them all that they need, until now there is nothing.

Their service is the worst.
