Bad Service from MTN

I am so disappointed in MTN debit orders...so I have a two phones at MTN for my two sons, the one I have for year and no problem the debit order goes off every month but the new contract that is merely 3 months old is a disaster. No debit orders is going off for my new contract and I had to go in-store to pay arrears...The lady told me that most of the client's Dt orders is not going off because of "load shedding"....what a load of ****! Then she tells me that I would have to check every month to see if it went off and if it didn't I have to come to the store to pay....every month for 3 years!!! There have to be a solution for this problem you can not tell me that load shedding broke the system... Because that was the lady's own words to me....come on is there no service in this country anymore. Please Help!!
