bad service from mtn

my mtn contrack has been canceled end of june 2020 after no one from mtn could help to upgrade. so canceled my acount with them its now october and they are still deducting money from my account every time i phone there is a problem with there sistem i even blocked the debut order and still this month they deducted 229.00 from account that is closed this is vwry bad service i wil not acceped thia why must we pay for samething that was canceld and no one wil phone and help you
