Bad service from Mtn

i had the most terrible experience with mtn trying to claim insurance from blaming covid to app issues to wrong imei numbers they requested numerous documents with regards to getting the matter sorted up until now the matter is not resolved however they debit my account timously for the premium of the insurance....its been been over 2 years I'm struggling

I want mtn to reimburse all my premiums which calculates to over 3k.....so I can rather buy a handset cash
