Bad service from mtn customer care and complaints department

It became very clear that MTN customer service and complaints department is unable to resolve issues which has been sent by gmail to them. They dont care a damn about their customers. Take long to respond to issues raised. This is totally unaceptable. It leaves one with a bad impression . Something is very wrong . Their main job is to resolve issues raised . If they dont they are not worthy calling them customer champions. I refer to my previous complaints lodged on this website. I a person could contact mtn customer service by dailing 135. They have changed the options. Its nearly impossible to speak to an agent. Why go chaing this option is beyond reasonable. Its totally disgusting. I also wont recommend doing any businesses online like upgrading. They just mess everthing up.
