Bad Service From MTN company!!!

<p>I have been a loyal customer to MTN, but the service i am recieving is absolutely disgraceful, i had a 24 months contract with MTN, my contract expired and i had settled it when it did, however i was suprised when the credit bureau informed me that i owe MTN money and as a result they have handed my account to LEGAL.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never recieved any communication from MTN regarding this.... i only had to find out from the credit bureau,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissatisfied with this service especially after i have called MTN asking them to provide me with their banking details so i can pay them the outstand amount. I was informed by the agent that the account was with legal and she will ask legal to call me back, christmas has come and gone and i am still waiting to be contacted MTN legal department.</p> <p> </p> <p>BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. I AM DEFINATELY MOVING TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
