Bad service from MTN Calton Centre

I have one month now struggling to do sim swap at,i was at ghandi square for more than 3 times they were willing to help me using my driver's license unfortunately they always off line.i was at calron centre yesterday around 12h00 i was assisted my the lady at rhe repair counter en she refused to tell me her name i also ask the lady at the entrance she refused to tell me the name of that consultant who help me,she refuse to help me with my driver's license all i need was sim swap i have contract with MTN they have biometric to verify me but she refuse en she is so bad i m really disappointed with the service i received from MTN calton Centre
