Bad Service from mtn call center

A call centre representative has called me to do an upgrade on my contact, I have renewed my contract on the 7 of august 2017, with the contract I was going to receive a new phone, Its the 15 august 2017 today and have not got any response to when the phone will be delivered, I have sent numerous amounts of airtime calling mtn and waiting for ages, still not getting any answers, when I phone the call centre, they say it is with the couriers, phone the couriers when I phone the couriers they say they have not received anything from mtn, I even sent out emails to the sales representative no response to emails
