Bad service from MTN

Extremely slow Internet in the Brackenhurst Albertson. Complaints to their official sites get passed from pillar to post. I am no longer able to attend Microsoft Teams meetings making a mockery of working from home. MTN coverage can't give me any indication when or if the problem will be rectified!
