Bad service from MTN

Since 34.12.20 I have had no service from MTN. I logged a call with regard to me not being able to send me2u I have made calls nearly every day to ask for progress only to be told it has been escalated, This also happened to me a year ago. 1st my account was suspended on 15.12 along with thousands of other users then this. ref ***, please advise
