BAD SERVICE FROM MTN

I am extremely disappointed and shocked with MTN's branch at Northridge mall in Bloemfontein. Their service is poor and unprofessional. Their system is constantly offline, making it impossible to get anything done. The card machine frequently doesn't work, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

The worst part of my experience was dealing with one of their employees, MOTSILISI MOHASOA, She was incredibly rude and aggressive, even going so far as to hang up the phone in my ear. She fails to provide all the necessary information upfront, only informing me of additional costs after I had already made the payment. This was not the first time I experienced this behavior from her.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using MTN. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service are simply not worth the hassle. MTN management needs to step up and do something about this.
