Bad service from Mtn

Hi Peter I'm a client for 20years with Mtn. I'm due for an upgrade but my upgrade is declined because I'm on Debt Review.Im in my last year of Debt Review for the past 4 years they have upgrade my contracts while I was on Debt Review. Earlier this year they have upgrade my other contract while I'm on debt Review. My account with them were never in arrears and it's not new debt that I'm making. Vodacom upgrade the contract that I'm having for my son on the 5th of Dec 21 while I'm on debt Review As a loyal customer of Mtn I'm disappointed by the way I'm treated.
