Bad service from MTN

I had my number moved from Cellc to MTN but after 4 days and the number still does not work.(So have no phone) I have been bounced between department and no one seems to be able to help me. Worst service i have experience in a long time. MTN is fast to give out contracts not so fast to help you if you have a problem. And most of the time when phoning them it is hard to get in contact with them especially the Brooklyn branch
