Bad service from MTN and them influencing my credit score

I've called MTN multiple times and went to the MTN store as well (the employees are extremely rude), according to my clearscore, my account is in arrears apparently, and it influenced my score and they've done nothing to help, there's nothing I can do because there's absolutely no help from their side
