Bad Service from MTN and their third party company working for them Rewards Co

Someone from a company called rewards co representing MTN SA called me last month to renew my cellphone contract, dropped my premium and said that i will be eligible for a device on Black Friday only to confirm with MTN that this person had upgraded me for a contract for 24 months without the device.When I called MTN I was told to call rewards co as they can not do anything about it , and when the agent called they said they calling from MTN if I had known it was a third party company i would have never proceeded. I did give rewards co a call and they listened to the call and i was in favour and they said that they will cancel the upgrade and i was told that this would be before black Friday so i can qualify for the specials. To date i have been calling this company with no satisfaction. I want some feedback from MTN with some kind of solution as my contract is with MTN and not with a third party company. This is really unprofessional from MTN they should take away their service from the third party company as their representatives at Rewards Co Company is bring the MTN brand and reputation down.Furthermore the agents at this company are of no assistance.
