Bad Service from MTN and their sales middle man

I took out a wifi router with MTN through RewardFSCO, what a mix of bull****. I never received my contract with all the Tand Cs, no one explained how this contract thing works. I am now stuck with no data until they decide when to load it. Worse of all l am told l have to pay for cancellation fee on the contract if l decide to cancel meanwhile they are at fault.
