Bad service from MTN and Sony

I have been with Vodacom for the last 18 years, and I decided to move over to MTN. I took out a contract with MTN almost 3 weeks ago. They told me that they had to order the Sony phone that I wanted. I am still waiting for my phone, and this causes me to be on pay as you go still on my Vodacom number. My problem is just that Sony advertises in the MTN booklets every month, but they do not have stock. This phone was even advertised on the wall at the MTN branch where I was!

I have been emailing Sony themselves as well, but they are also not getting back to me.

I really hope that the right people read this, and something gets done about it!!

It is ridiculous!!
