Bad service from mtn ***** and mtn consultants

I have been struggling for the past 4 days to get assistance from mtn ***** department. I have a new contract with mtn and this is my first experience with someone trying to scan me with my number . The person had all my info, banking details etc and it’s quite evident that it could actually even be mtn employee as they sent me sms from mtn and then when they were unable to get money from my bank account, they transferred airtime from my number to theirs. Then I received a call again that same day with the same opening line as the previous ****mer. I tried to call the ***** department, tried emailing, called the branch I signed for the contract which is the carnival mall one near the Pick ‘n Pay and the consultant I dealt with always avoids my calls when I try to call for assistance , she makes other people speak , and those people don’t have a clue with what to do about anything , I even asked about my debit dates and so forth because the debit date passed and they still didn’t know, I didn’t even receive my contract via email up into now even though I requested it several times. Mtn has the worst service I ever experienced and I regret taking out a contract with them . Until now I still have not received my contract, not assistance regarding the *****. I even posted it on twitter , they responded after a long time and still haven’t helped me .
