BAD SERVICE FROM MTN AND MONDO

I was called by mondo contact Centre working for MTN and they were doing sales for data bundles. i specifically asked the agent to provide me with data that i will be able to use day and night without having different packages in it like data for youtube, ms team and etc because it wont work for me. the person agreed but to my supprise i received data with different packages which is something i specifically asked not to be given. i have been calling MTN to cancel with no help. first time i was told that MTN cannot cancel since it is a new contract. i have been calling since November with no help. today i am calling MTN again, i am being transfered from one department to another because no one wants or is willing to assist me. i am being told about the canceliation fees which is something i dont understanding becuase this is not my fault. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT HOW MTN IS HANDLING THIS MATTER BECAUSE THEY CAN JUST LISTEN TO THE RECORDING and do their analysis to see how is on the wrong.
