Bad service from MTN and haven’t even started our contract

Supposed to start contract with MTN. Courier was supposed to deliver the phone today between 10 and 11 and only called after 2 pm to deliver. I had already left work and we arranged for collection at 5pm and the cancelled arrangement. I app**** for this contact on 9 May and still Don’t have a phone. Also called various times to follow up on another contract and I’m just not called back. I haven’t even started my contract with them and this is the service they provide. Really poor service from sales, service and courier units!
