Bad service from MTN agents

Poor service from mtn rewards, redeemed a planet 54 voucher using my yellow bucks, when I tried to use it on checkout it says invalid, so I called planet54 and they say that they no longer accepting those vouchers, MTN service is bad because the agents are not informed of mtn rewards, everytime they transfer me the call cuts off, theres no way forward here,
