Bad service from MTN admin

In 2016 I went to MTN campus square and I took a contract in 2018 the contract ended n someone called me to ask if I want an upgrade and I said No but to my surprise this year I tried to apply for a new contract and I was told the 2016 is still reflecting and really the customer service from the branch tried to assist and contacted your admin and they hold forever trying to get through,,,, they really went an extra mile but admin side is failing your customer service team it's ridiculous now m stuck I can't take a new contract and I have been with MTN for 15 years was really disappointed with this experience
