Bad service from MTN

I have been trying to get my Itemized bill from MTN for over 4 weeks now and still nothing,I've been sent to the customer service and they still aren't helping me. I'm losing money and unable to pay my bills because it is a part of my operations in my line of work, very bad service for them denying me my invoice that I pay for. Very very poor and bad service, I'm gonna terminate my contracts with them, it might not make a difference to them but at least I'll take my money where it's valued
