Bad service from Mtn

I'm currently struggling with mtn to sort out my debit order since the middle of December. I was behind on my premium and made arrangements to bring it up to date and I did so, but for some reason the debit order is not running now and mtn keeps disconnecting my service. I need my phone to do business and I'm now failing to do so. Please help.
