Bad service from MTN

Good day From 9 December 2020 I've upgrade two numbers to the Black Friday special of R199 for 50GB data. Latoya at MTN Checkers Centre tried several times to help without any success. I'm very dissapointed with the service. If this issue is not revolved soon, I'm going to cancel my contracts with MTN.
